Employer’s Return
In pursuant to Inland Revenue Ordinance (Cap. 112), employers or subcontractors are responsible for reporting their own staffs and non-staffs (e.g., commonly seen are self-employed persons) to IRD in regard to the remuneration and staff benefits paid.
